Carl
Hulick is the President of CMH Environmental Group, Inc. which he founded in 1992. Carl has a vision for CMH
which is to provide low cost alternatives to compliance, assessment, environmental
remediation and hazardous waste treatments. This mission is achieved by providing a flexible range
of environmental services such as dry cleaner and plating shop consulting and
remediation, oil field closures, underground storage tank management and removal,
remediation feasibility characterizations, remediation, hazardous waste
minimization, and waste water consulting. Mr. Hulick earned a Masters in
Business Administration and a Bachelor Science in Earth Sciences from
California State University, Bakersfield; is a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA II),
is a Charter member of the Division of
Environmental Geosciences a division of the American Association of
Petroleum Geologists and a voting member of the American
Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) and is a former Chairperson of the
United States department of Commerce funded, Greater Los Angeles World Trade
Association, Environmental Trade Forum. Mr. Hulick is a state recognized
hazardous waste material expert and assisted in rewriting the
"California State Contractors Licensing Board Hazardous Substances Removal
and Remedial Action Exam".
Carl has been trained to handle hazardous waste situations and project
supervision according to Federal Regulations.
Carl is married with 3 children
and serves at Yorba Linda Friends Church.,
and spends all of his free time with his family.
